that post about how you shouldn’t trust your boss and how you shouldn’t tell them personal stuff makes me sad. it’s true for most people i guess, but every time it crosses my dash i think about how my boss one time spent an hour on the phone being emotional support to my coworker who was going through some rough family stuff, and another time he said that he thought another coworker was displaying symptoms of depression and how it’s important to catch that stuff in time, or yesterday when i had to leave early in the morning bc of family drama, and when i said that next week i’d make those hours up he said ‘don’t even think about that, it’s not necessary,  you’ll be paid in full anyway’.

so it makes me sad. everyone deserves to have a good boss.
